Great location

Glad we were in Tower 2. Tower 1 looked rough… Just out of date, some rust happening

Elevators were not express as advertised. Only 3 of the 4 were operational. Told by an owner that the 1 has been broken for months. Unit had a funky smell. Towels were cheap. 1 ply toilet paper. You could see through it.

The room itself was nice.

Elevators are terrible. They stop at literally every floor and you have to wait upwards of 15 minutes to get onto the elevator. Charged for parking without making it clear that they did that. Allows for smoking and vaping at the entrance but nowhere else on property and threaten you with kicking you out if they catch you even outside. In order to get a luggage cart you have to give them your ID and can’t get it back unless you return the luggage cart back to them which takes forever bc of the elevators. If you try to get an early check in they will charge you an extra $100. No includes services such as beach chairs or umbrellas. No laundry services. Dishes in cabinet were dirty and had to be washed to use. Bed not attached to the headboard.

The area it was in was close to everything and the hotel itself has a lot to offer

Right on the beach, amazing view of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen was well stocked, unloading area and cart checkout system was convenient.

Initially finding the parking garage entrance across the street was challenging with all the traffic. The google map pin sent was to the hotel and directions were a bit confusing. Please update the check in Google Map pin and that would be helpful to others.
