It was a great condo.

The water went out for over 5 hours and when I tried contacting them, 3 different ways. No answer. We had to use our bottle waters just to go to bathroom. Went down stairs to ask someone working and they didn't even know that there was an issue. Talked to another person staying there and they are the ones who knew what was going on. So there is no contact if there is an issue with them

Loved the location, all the pools and the staff was very friendly!

The elevators were terrible, one of the elevators had a loud poping sound, and there were only 2 so when your staying at the top it took 5-10 min just for the elevators to get to you

"We paid for a condo that was totally different when we got disappointed there"

I always stay at the Majestic when I come to Panama I always choose my condo by the pictures of the condo but when we got there it was a totally different 2 Bedroom condo that was not worth 2,000 dollars for 3 nights we were so disappointed …

The location was great, the amenities were wonderful. It was clean and convenient. Our view from the balcony was stunning. It was a great value. Will definitely stay here again.

The wait for the elevator was very long and hot. The pools and hot tub closed too early.
