The location and easy access to beach

Not really a complaint but walking to and from the car was a long walk

The guest services was very accommodating and friendly.

Bathrooms in Tower 1 indoor pool could have been cleaner and the wait staff at the H2O was not friendly and it took us 40 minutes to get a water and soda. The waitress wouldn’t come to our table and then the next day i different employee decided her phone was more important than working

The location was great and the beach was beautiful.

The condo was outdated. None of the TVs worked and they were all old, the ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work, the carpet made it smell musty, none of the furniture was comfortable, the master bath tub was dirty, the ceiling fan in the master didn't work. I've paid less money in the past for MUCH better accommodations. This condo was not up to our expectations or standards.

We like the location.

Our unit 0811 was outdated and dirty.

On the beach, the water sprayers for getting out, the balcony views . Parking on site.
