We always love everything at this property

Was the best place I've stayed in panama

We paid for an ocean view and that was amazing. Room was clean. If it wasn't for the view, I'd give this place a 4.

Couldn't get into our room until 4pm even though the room was definitely clean and ready before then. We were told we would get a text if the room was ready before then...never happened, which was really inconvenient because our wrist bands were in the room...and without the wrist bands, we weren't allowed in the pools (security is very tight here). Speaking of pools...there are multiple pools, but barely any chairs, so we rarely had a place to sit or set our stuff down. No umbrellas by the pools either. No chairs on the beach except for ones that you could rent for a hefty price. The staff was also very uptight; you weren't even allowed to toss a ball around in the pool without getting yelled at. No music. Only one restaurant on site and it's only a pool bar. Elevators kept getting stuck. Super crowded. Will not be coming back here.

We loved everything the location was amazing.. the pools were beautiful and everyone we saw was friendly and very family oriented so that in my books is a blessing..

The only problem we really had was the master bath shower doors and walls were a little dirty but I contacted booking.com and someone was in my room cleaning in less than 20 minutes and they did an amazing job the shower and everything else in both bathrooms were very very clean .. so I wasn't unhappy long till they made me happy all over again:)

The property was in a good location and was clean.

No one could gently toss a ball in the pool. They would get yelled at and reprimanded for trying to have fun. Even though the store sold balls/toys for the pool/beach. Also, if you forgot your arm band (even if you were going to the beach and not staying at the pool) they would tell you not to come back to the pool unless you had it on. I understand having to check for them, but they checked hourly, sometimes more which was annoying. The elevators were also super hot and hard to get on (due to always being full).
