Lovely New Luxery Beach Apartment in Mojacar Playa next to the best beach

Absolutely fantastic place, couldn’t ask for more

The apartment was beautiful - tastefully furnished and with very comfortable beds. Our hostess, Birgitte, had thought of every possible thing that we would need for a faultless stay. It was equipped like a home with everything provided ! It took us less than 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to the beautiful beach opposite. We used the beach club beds and shades but some were also provided with the apartment.

Nothing to dislike !

Location and the apartment - so clean and everything that was required was there. Only recommendation would be a stand up toaster.

Outside lights did not work - but on leaving the property this was being sorted.

Perfect stay in a great location Would come back

Nearly everything great, place is all but perfect. Beds comfortable, shower good, welcome good, including coffee, wine in fridge…

The underground parking is very tight to drive in and out of, but you can live with that, unless you want to come and go lots. The swimming pool (nice and big) area had no seating at all, chairs or loungers, so it was a matter of towels on some scruffy (not lush green) grass.

The Seaview

This apartment is dark, the sun disappeared off the terrace at 12.30pm ( we visited 27th Oct-3rd Nov) even though the owner advised before booking that the sun shone on it till 5pm, this was completely untrue and I booked this apartment believing we would get evening sun, we didn't get evening or afternoon sun, extremely disappointing. When I pointed this out to Brigette she is denying the sun disappears at 12.30pm, maybe she should spend some time in this apartment to validate what I have highlighted. This ruined our holiday as our main reason for visiting was to get Winter Vitamin D sunshine. I cancelled a penthouse apartment on the other side of Mojacar believing this apartment would suit our needs better. I wish I had not of done this. The apartment in the photos looks appealing however when we arrived my daughter pointed out hair with alot of dust attached coming out from under the bed base area in her room. The dining room table chair legs some were wobbly. The mat in living room was stained and dirty in need of a deep clean. The terrace looked like it needed a good scrub and the 2 sun loungers and the terrace table & chairs were visibly dirty. We choose not to use any of these items. We did use the corner sofa in evening though sadly all the solar powered lighting on the terrace area were rusted, broken and not one worked, no evening ambience. The glass on the terrace was dirty. There was a lingering smell assuming was drains, I kept spaying antibacterial spray down toilets and sinks to try to mask the smell. This apartment is situated the furthest away apartment to the swimming pool, which is unheated. This apartment is in a block set behind the block of apartments that overlook the pool so it isnt suitable in my opinion if you have kids or anyone with mobility issues as it is a 5-10 minute walk (depending on how fast a walker you are) down a flight of internal stairs, then further external steps.

A very spacious apartment. Very well furnished. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Kitchen was great.

The complex where the apartment is doesn’t come with onsite parking. Getting to the apartment was a bit like walking through maze! Very confusing and quite a steep incline .
