Lovely New Luxery Beach Apartment in Mojacar Playa next to the best beach

Everything! But particularly loved the terrace. Birgitte and Tracey were both extremely helpful - Birgitte before and Tracey during the stay. We all know Mojacar extremely well, two of our party having lived there in the 80s and 90s. The apartment was just perfect for two couples and having two bathrooms is a must for us these days being of the older generation. Highly recommend.

Only one small thing that I think would help and that would be some more written information - i.e. emergency numbers, instructions to the various appliances. I lived in Mojacar for many, many years and still have many contacts there, but for someone completely new to the area, I think more information would be of benefit. Having said that, I believe there is a link for a website that Birgitte has set up and that may well have supplied the necessary!

It is an amazing apartment, very spacious, great facilities, and spotlessly clean. Fantastic terrace with stunning views, the pictures don't do it justice. It's an easy walk to the beach and some great bars and restaurants.

Nothing it was faultless

The apartment was nicely laid out and well furnished as well as being very clean. It had good facilities such as a Weber bbq grill on the terrace and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The view from the terrace was lovely.

The shower tray leaked which left the floor of the bathroom wet. There were a lot of a steps to the property and it was also up a steep slope which wouldn’t suit less mobile people. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable. There was no sun on the terrace after about 4:00pm, and the swimming pool wasn’t heated and was therefore very cold.

A beautiful apartment, really well located, and with a stunning terrace, comfortable interiors and well equipped kitchen.

Ohhhhhh everything!!, been lucky enough to stay in many lovely apartments in Mojacar over the years but this is head & shoukders above the rest!, something extra special!!, Our 4 over the moon faces as we walked in said it all! The apartment is beautiful, stylish, spacious, comfortable, well equipped with the most amazing terrace!, the biggest we have ever had equipped with everything you could possibly want with a lovely view of the sea. The bedrooms are roomy, stylish & very comfy, great bathrooms & fab well eqipped kitchen & lounge. The swimming pools are perfect & the secure underground parking is a real bonus. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. We shared this with family members we hadn't seen for 2 years so to spend such a special occasion in such a special place was the icing on the cake & made for a long weekend we will never ever forget.

The only very minor issue we had was with the far left gate exit out of the complex itself, the one far right worked fine but ourselves & another holiday maker couldn't get the left gate to work. Apart from that, there isn't anything else to dislike!, everything was perfect & we all can't wait to return!
