"Extremely poor service, untrained and unqualified staff and unhygienic unclean rooms"

Location was near the express way, that I liked.

(1) Hotel charged 70% of daily room tariff for just two hours of early check-in (2) Refused to give breakfast for first day even though paid early check-in money (3) No sealed water bottles provided (4) Lift was not working, hence climbing ladder was too difficult to approach room (5) Staff was only asking every time when is your check out when is your check out, even when they can see in the system check-in and check out date. (6) Room was extremely uncleansed, lot of dust in windows
