Super Collection O Sector 44 Near Botanical Garden formerly Hotel Culture

STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND IMPOLITE. Even after booking it for 3 adults it was very very congested. The bed was very small for 3 people and even after requesting an extra mattress wasn't provided by the hotel.

The property address was wrong so I couldn't find the hotel.

Looks decent outside and I specially chose this hotel since they had a lift (I had surgery) and review was high.

The location was wrong on the map, brought me to a very dirty area mountains of garbage where cows was scavenging for food. Took time to find the place, had to call the reception to tell driver directions. So if u don't have internet on ul be lost. Receptionist doesn't speak English they demanded to pay via app and didn't have card machine. I told them il take more cash next day and I only had 1000 rps cash as they didn't inform that their machine is not available or I had to bring cash. Rome 204 didn't have window, smell moldy, walls paint ripped, sheets, floor were dirty. The TV doesn't work. I asked to be moved to a room with window. Moved to room 302 was better but same wall pain ripped and falling, sheets had stain and some food remnants, tv doesn't work. I went down to reception to ask for wifi password, the receptionist gave his fone as his boss wants to talk to me. He informs that " WE DON'T ACCEPT FOREIGNERS" but if u want to stay il allow u but u must pay 2500 rupees a night meaning 5000 for two days when on booking.com I only had to pay 2100 rps. I refused to be scammed so I left the hotel, I didn't stay here. They try to extort money more than 100%. I have been reading reviews like this but never thought it would happen to me as I been a member with booking.com for over 20 years. This hotel is a scam, maybe for locals it's good enough and they pay just the regular fees but for foreigners we have to pay more. Why? When we are also just normal people in our own country, if any Indians visit Europe they will be treated equal no one will extort more money just because you are not a native of that country. I'm sure hotel will defend themselves and say it's not true.

room wasn't clean and not specious enough. check in like nightmare, I'll suggest not to visit this property with your partner. worst property ever.
