the actual room/ apartment was ok studio apartment but very large and spacious

where to start, no check-in information arrived at 6pm, out middle of nowhere beside industrial units and a visa centre, private parking fine took 30 minutes to find somebody, and that was by chance turns out the ground floor flat that was blaring out bob marley is some kind of agent as he was able to call sombody, now I was booked into apartment 3, but then told number 9, eventually found it communal door was broke and alarm going off ( still was when I left days later) my room had no lock despite being told they would activate the lock, room wasent ready or serviced, no towls, no loo roll, no toiletries, and to top it off microwave wasn't working, despite advertising WiFi available there was no Wi-Fi to log into, no sky tv,and the actual tv had no antena fitted so you can't get regular channels ie bbc,itv, ch4 ch5, they need to get grip of who ever is in charge of service the rooms, in the end I had to go back knocking on same door with loud music and ask for towels toiletries etc, and the number on the booking nobody answered it sorry but wouldn't stay there again definitely set up for people working away from home full contractors and place stinked of cannabis on stairwells, had I known all this in advance I would have just brought my own stuff, dirty cutlery and only one fork, just as well I was on my own, pitty because the flat is nice cant fault the actual flatt

The layout of the apartment was nice.

Initially, we were given the incorrect apartment and building. Adter calling the host, we then got to our apartment, which at first looked modern and clean. We wanted to wash some clothes. There were other filthy clothes in the machine and it failed to work, nobody came to fix the machine and the dirty clothes were left outside the door by the cleaners. The mattresses was filthy with staines, and we even had a grasshopper come in from outside. No towels were given and we were told to give £20 extra if we wanted towels. Definitely wouldn't book here again.

Die Ausstattung war mangelhaft, vom Bad bis zur Küche alles sehr unsauber. Dusche schwarzer Schimmel, Klodeckel defekt. Küche, kein Besteck, Töpfe dreckig. Keine Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Keine Wifi Verbindung, auch nach mehrmaligen nachfragen

Unclean. Was moved 3 times as rooms were not ready Locked out of Appartment as door handle lost battery no help from anyone just ‘we have no one available at this time’

Nada, todo fatal. Un 0 pero total!!!!

Vitroceramica totalmente rota a trozos, suelo lleno de pelos y pegajoso, toallas sucias dentro de la lavadora, olor a humo, manivela de puerta rota, tapa de wc rota, sofa sucio no lo siguiente, una simple silla para tres personas, un autentico desastre. Patético!!!!

The space is ok for the money, the kitchen and the toilet is good .

The property has no windows that you can open. No air coming in or going out. There was no fan there and when I asked for help I was ignored throughout my stay. I get scared coming back every evening because I will be coming back inside an oven called a house. I sleep between 12am and 1am every night because that’s when the 30 degree weather has calm down a bit. I regret ever paying for that place with my own money. They only care about there money and not your comfort. The pillowcases was not changed. The last person that left there used it and I was given the same , the TV remote doesn’t work. when I complained I was ignored and later messaged that cleaner will come and change it but no one reached out. Completely ignored for a reason only known to them. So if you want to get baked during summer please patronise them. Thank you.

Nice modern little small apartment. Nice kitchen, sofa, comfortable bed, hot shower and big TV. Free parking. It was small but all we needed. Fast communication with provider, we had no forks or spoons and following a message some where delivered. He enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Pots and pans could do with a good deep clean. And more kitchen wear needed in the kitchen.
