To be completely honest not alot the TV didn't work I messaged management with no reply The cleaning had not been done before we come microwave still had bits of pizza in cold betting slips from August beside bed Chewed chewing gum in bedside cabinet Coffee stain on walls over all I would not recommend these apartments to anyone

Easily the worst place I’ve ever booked on Booking.com. Floors hadn’t been cleaned, the place was spider infested and host/cleaner were unresponsive to any of our concerns including the fact we were provided with no full sized towels- just two hand towels. If that wasn’t bad enough, the building was unsecured so we had the pleasure of sharing the floor with a homeless person, living underneath the stairs. What was meant to be a relaxed weekend away turned into a nightmare and I’ve had nightmares better than this.

there were cigaret burns on the windowsill next to the bed and a stain on the carpet by the sofa and the sofa looks damaged and a squashed insect by the light switch for the kitchen also the bathroom mirror was off the wall and put by the tv and found a condom rapper o the kitchen floor also white stains on some of the pillows Outside in the hallway had cigarette butts on the carpet and the lift wasn’t working
GBGBWe arrived at the property and it disgusting, absolutely not what we were expecting and we left within an hour of arrival and had to find alternative accommodation. It smelt of smoke, was dirty, the sofa bed was not made up as per my booking and was stained and filthy, bedding supplied for the sofa bed was blood stained, not enough towels, cutlery and crockery was dirty, not adequately supplied for self catering, 1 mug for example. Honestly worst experience!! Then no reply for 24 hours when we raised issues, requested a refund for this ridiculous situation and as yet no response, no accountability or apology. Avoid this and any other apartments in the location.
