Cooker was missing a knob to turn up heat, description states sky available but no channels available only Rakuten. Bedroom has lots of scuff marks on the walls. No real storage for clothes and system on booking went down so my room was let out to someone else and they entered my room and letting agent promised to change my pass code but this didn’t happen

Nothing, felt like a run down crib from America, when I checked in room were not cleaned, smelly , I guess what you pay is what you get. My check in time was at 4pm they were telling me wait the cleaner is on its way to clean the room. The room should have been ready at my checkin time I don’t like leaving bad review but they took the P***

I booked a room with double bed and sofa bed as it's for 2 adults got one bed no door handle on living room door smoke sensor hanging from ceiling smoke sensor not even installed in kitchen hob was cracked and smashed no cutlery just spoons? Emailed host got no reply building is not marked up properly so takes an ages to find your room would not recommend also their isn't sky TV as advertised just ignore the advert as it's all lies
