Comfy beds, great shower, cute balcony, all amenities in flat. private parking, easy access to flat. Good location within walking distance of all tourist attractions and town. Beach and beach hut at end of road. Beach hut such a bonus! Lovely host. Would stay again. Garage fitted my toyota aygo cross.

Nothing I didn't like. All fantastic.

It was in a great location, a walk to give seafront, where having the use of the beach hut was an added bonus! It was also a walk into Brighton town or you can get a bus. The property had everything you needed and much more !

Lots of room. Large sofa. Big screen TV. Well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive.

Some rooms were cluttered. Bathroom lighting was dim.

Excellent location. Lovely spacious, clean, flat. Added bonus of a bsach hut that is in an brilliant location, close to toilets and beachside cafe. The owner was very helpful. Highly recommended.

This location of the flat is ideal for exploring Hove. It is close to the beach a 10/15 minute walk down a gentle sloping hill and Hove station is close by too. That said busy Brighton is ten minutes in an Uber twenty minutes walking along the beach so makes it an easy drive or walk. There were four of us on a girly trip so the two large bedrooms provided were ideal. We had plenty of space across the flat and the large front room has a dining area and balcony! We didn't feel crammed in as we may have done so in a Hotel. The kitchen was clean with Nespresso coffees, a dishwasher, large fridge and even an air fryer. It had everything we needed for our time there and with the local shops nearby we could prepare food - when we wanted too we were on holiday after all - and enjoy the balcony and comfortable surroundings. Jo the hostess with the mostess made it all so easy, with all the little extra touches - it even has a cute little beach hut nearby that you have access to! We will definitely return and thoroughly recommend it.

Maybe put the house number 74 on the building outside. It wasn't visible and next door is 74A so it was a little confusing to find at first.

Visiting Brighton to take part in the marathon 12 April 2026. Very conveniently located to the start at Preston Park, short warm up walk on the day. It was great to come back to a warm and relaxing place post race. Apartment is clean and bright and generously sized. Fully equipped kitchen. Well stocked bathroom. Host was very responsive throughout the booking and stay.

Lighting was a little dim into he bathroom and toilet but brightened gradually
