Penthouse Suite with Strip View at The Signature At MGM Grand

Had a lovely view. Lots of fast elevators. Valet parking is mandatory but staff was pretty quick to bring the cars around. Location is off the strip so quieter than some areas. Comfortable bed!

I expected a bedroom separate from the living space, and a bigger room. My fault I guess for making assumptions when described as a one-bedroom apartment. I requested an early check in (2 PM rather than 3) but never received a response. Once the desk clerk learned I had booked through a third party, it seemed I was not getting to check in one hour early due to that reason. Strange! Broken wine cork and coffee pot lid plus a lamp that was barely hanging together. The room needs a refresh. Pools for two towers were closed.

Property is not maintained by MGM, but a private agency. Although everything was catered to for us, notice in the room stated additional costs for call outs. Be aware of additional costs, if you need something over what is provided.

The room was beautiful and spacious with a great view.

The hotel didn’t have enough parking and made me park at the MGM grand parking structure and that was inconvenient. It took me 45min to walk Over to the signature.

Location - eat to access scouting and the freeway

The carpet was pretty gross and not vacuumed. The fridge door was very sensitive and popped open often unless you put a shoe in front to keep it closed.
