Penthouse Suite with Strip View at The Signature At MGM Grand

The view is great and it’s conveniently located on the Strip. There is a connection to the MGM Grand which makes it convenient to get to the Main Street.

As it is privately managed, we are unable to get services from the front desk but were given a number to call. Despite staying for 4 nights, we were only provided 2 packs of dripped coffee with no teabags for 3 pax.

No one came to clean the room.

Room was spacious and clean with great views.

Concierge in Tower 3 was rude and I had a 6am flight that I almost missed because valet took OVER 30 minutes just to get someone to get my car. So if you’re valeting your car with an early flight out…..good luck!

Overall the location is nice, the room was comfortable and the food was very goody.

The room is noisy, you can hear everything from traffic outside to others in the hallway or room next door. It would be nice to have facial tissue in the room as well.

This property was falsely advertised as a hotel, when it really is a private property with no services. We stayed 6 nights with no housekeeping at all. When I called them, they said its a private property and they only do housekeeping before and after the stay. Why was this not mentioned during the booking? Bathroom had mould in it, and there was no where to put the trash. Extremely disappointed in this scam. We will also be writing a google review for both the property and booking.com for not being upfront about this, and ruining 6 days of our vacation.

The view was amazing and the hot tub was also amazing.
