The premises is clean. I'll give them that.

Terrible location. Just by the train track with heavy noise from the tracks. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room at least in this hot weather. We are forced to listen to train noise all through the night as we had to open the window as a result of the hot weather. No tv in the room. Just an extremely basic room with no sound proof whatsoever. The host will request for ID and deposit after you book via booking.com. That rings an alarm bell to me but because my previous booking was cancelled the last minute so I had no choice than to take this. The bed was shaky and horrible. Its not in any way worth the hassle they put you through and the quality of the room. I will never recommend this place if you want a quiet place to rest after a long journey. Not worth even a penny in my opinion. A complete waste of money. I will have to write to them to delete our ID from their system. I couldnt sleep with the train noise. .

The location for access to tube and buses was excellent as well as bars, shops and restaurants. It was extremely clean with a good en-suite.

The entry instructions are not in the correct order and thus confusing. The bedside light bulb is a night light not a “light bulb”. The bathroom shelf is loose and sloping forward, we had to support it with a bottle top! Advance notice that there was a communal kitchen would be have helped, of course we might have missed it! Yes there is on road parking but there are restrictions for permit holders. A mirror in the bedroom would have been helpful. Unfortunately a family in the downstairs of 42B did not consider neighbours with noise well into the early hours. The railway noise….maybe if it hadn’t have been so hot and we had to have windows open, it might not have been so bad. Although train numbers were reduced during the night, just our luck that they decided to conduct some maintenance between 12 midnight and 3am!

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to the lack of a fan during the hot weather and non-functional Wi-Fi.

The proximity of this location to the train/ bus station. Facilities were new and updated.

1. This property is right next to the train station, which means all day and night, trains are coming in and out, causing excessive noise. 2. Wifi stopped working and was never fixed 3. The check-in process is tedious and confusing 4. Lots of spiders everywhere
