Outside of property and initially look of place

As walked in thought the wardrobe sliding door was wardrobe sliding door - pulled and it was the other room. Felt very vulnerable and open and although there was a door to their room, quite wierd that there was not a solid wall separating us. Therefore noise level unbearable.

Just the location is great.

Finding the keys 🔑 is very difficult. One of the room walls is a common wooden wall with the next room. There is annoying noise from the next room. Even you can hear their breath voice.

Mattress was comfy

There was a shutter between 2 rooms so it was like being in the same room as another family. The noise was unbearable. The shared bathroom wasn’t ideal but this was due to messy neighbours. The facilities that were stated to be provided needed to be asked for in advance and when asked, we didn’t receive the items. The staff were quite rude on some emails and were difficult to get in contact with. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Nicely decorated and comfortable bed. Was ok for a late check in, sleep and get going in the morning. Shower and bed were good. Kitchen facilities all fine.

No desk or table or mirror in the room made it difficult to do my preparation work for an interview, and to do hair and make up. A small table space would have been very useful. The garden was in desperate need of tidying up and there was a fair bit of dust around the property.

Good location and value for money

Dodgy online checkin with rental contract to sign and damage deposit to pay. No glass in the room and bottle did not fit under the tap to refill them. No kettle and cup with few tea bags/instant coffee in the room. Very noisy day amd night because facing train track. Only 1 toilet roll half used available. Walls super thin you could hear the other room like they were in yours. No staff available. Only 1 bedside table light. No full lenght mirror.

Très propre. Proche du métro et du centre. Possibilité de parkings payants autour.

Un peu compliqué pour avoir les clés. Pas de télé dans les chambres. Salle de bain et toilettes dans le couloir. Matelas très mous. Dans la chambre du haut, la fenêtre ne fermait pas. Elle donne sur la gare de métro... Un train minimum toutes les 10 secondes, au moins jusqu'à minuit et à partir de 5h. La partie cuisine qui pourrait être très bien mais peu d'ustensiles. Une seule fourchette et quelques couteaux. Pas de table ni de chaises...

I am not satisfied, I would rate it zero because I sat on the road for two hours. I thought it was the hotel, but it turned out that it was not a hotel and they did not give me the key. I waited on the road for two hours, they did not give me any information and I did not even get my money back.
