Nice and tidy and clean 👌 and with nice clean sheets shower

Thought it would have tv and bit of problem getting key from safe and then not relising we were at wrong key safe we got in to flat in end

Location is very good

It was too hot and couldn’t open the windows for fresh air and there was no facility for fan or air conditioning. I stayed there only half hour due to heat.

I like the staff and admin behaviour . Also, it was like my own home.

Nothing.

Avoid at all costs and don't go there if you don't want to get bed bugs on your body I got ill after I booked the room number 2, I had a strong rash and I provided proof and they replied by they don't have enough evidence

There is literally nothing in the property not even a tea bag or tissue papers and they still charge you £50 that is refundable after a while... Like why do you charge me £50 on the top of the amount we agreed on and then you get ill after sleeping in the (clean) bed

Simple basic facilities in a clean room. Good communication throughout and easy access. Good shower. Communal kitchen not used but looked clean and well socked.

I'm a heavy sleeper so this was not a problem but it is beside the underground railway to Ealing Broadway with runs constantly. No TV but not an issue for me.
