Location. Clean and modern property. It's on the same road where some of my friends live. I used to live nearby.

Clean, spacious rooms. Recently refurbished toilet/shower room. Fully fitted kitchen.

Shared toilet/shower room and kitchen. Failed to realise these facilities were shared with other tenants of rooms in guest house rather than part of a two bedroom private apartment, as was sought/required. Also noisy/creeky floorboards of upper floor room and frequent/regular nearby passing train rail noises heard in the dead of night. Finally, no opening windows to ventilate room, no TV and no hairdryer although this was advertised as available. Security deposit per room, even if multiple rooms booked.

Good location, and very clean and tidy, and comfortable.

I thought it was a hotel but it is actually an Airbnb. It was a bit cold at night, the heating did come on but not that much. It wasn't unbearable though.

I got charged double for 1 night stay and I still have. It been reimbursed! Thieves ! As are booking.com
