Clean, fairly new refurbishment, convenient parking and location, supermarket close by.

No laundry facilities, not even a clothes line or drying rack. Rear yard would benefit from a makeover, could be a lot better.

Good location and had some amenities that we needed.

Not all bedrooms had towels and not everything had been cleaned from previous guests.

Great location, easy access and parking for one of our less mobile friends. Plenty of kitchen utensils to cook with.

Only one toilet and the back yard would be a nice sitting out area if seating was available.

TV signal needs sorting it kept losing connection.

location is good and easy to park, Ty Noah is good and nice.

bed make noise, TV do not work well, no washing machine, the pan is dirty, the shower can not be adjusted. There are a lot of items stored under the bed. if more attention are paid to the details, the overall stay would be more enjoyable.

Spacious place. It would work well for a group of 9 people. A private garden. Close to the marina.

The property is need of renovation. It was clean but it needs a new paint on the walls. It would make a place cosier. In addition, I would invest in better quality bed linen because our linen looked like it hasn’t been washed.

Cheap and good amount of bedrooms

Cleaner. Ashtray outside emptied and settee hoovered or cleaned. I also wasn’t 100% sure if bed linen was clean as there were a few marks on the sheet and duvet cover. No bedside lights and minimum items in the kitchen. Also the bedroom window would close but this may be due to the obvious subsidence problem
