Spacious, enough bedrooms available to us.

One bedroom was locked. Rubbish outside in the garden, not very appealing to sit outside. Beds incredibly uncomfortable with cheap bedding. Light bulbs out on landing and in bedroom with two single beds, so had to bring the lamp up from downstairs so that my little girls could see. Single bed very wobbly. Water pressure very poor for shower. Could have provided a full toilet roll for a family of four Refurbishment still ongoing, some walls still need sanding and painting. Needs a deep clean.

Easy to find, roomy and close to the water

Unfortunately we found the kitchen looked like it had only a quick wipe over, dirty tea towel on rack, crumbs all over the place. Oven had not been cleaned and had a pool of grease in bottom

The location was perfect for our requirements, with added bonus that parking was not an issue. My family travelled in two cars, there's an area to park cars opposite the front door with no restrictions or extra cost. We considerately parked behind each other, in-line with other residents of the street. The property was good value for the cost of the stay.

Loved how clean and organised the house was.

Only thing I would add is maybe have a bit more plates, bowls and pans. Just a minor thing but we loved it regardless.

the number of bedrooms in the Booking.com advertising, vs the number IRL! I blame Booking.com, since this is not the first time! I searched for 4 beds in separate rooms, it was confirmed in the presentation on the website, but....

What I like about this property is that it is spacious, providing plenty of room for my children. The location is excellent, with Tesco just a two-minute drive away, and the views are absolutely stunning. The property itself is exceptional in terms of comfort and space, and although it’s in a residential area, I don’t mind because it’s very peaceful and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay, as the property offers exceptional value for the price. However, we did notice a strong body odor in the upstairs double room, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the bedding in the triple room had some hairs on it, which made us question its cleanliness. To be extra cautious, we sprayed antibacterial and ironed all the bedding. We hope more attention is given to housekeeping, as fresh and properly cleaned bedding makes a big difference. Aside from this, everything else was great!
