I liked how quickly the owners replied and made efforts to rectify the situation we found ourselves in.

When we arrived we looked on the waterfront for the property as we were led to believe from the photos it over looked the water. We then found it as being an end terrace property which had rubbish dumped outside it. We then entered the property to find it cold and unwelcoming. Each room although on the surface it appeared clean, when you looked closer there were spiders web and a dead spider in one bedroom. We looked around the kitchen which was poorly cleaned, in the fridge there were three nearly empty coke bottles, which had some left in it as if we were going to drink left overs. The beds were very thin and would have been very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable we refused to stay at the property, I had paid for two nights but but son refused to sleep there. We contacted the owners who offered to come and clean again but this would not have changed the beds. I feel totally let down and duped bu the photos which I now know are of Tenby and although the description does not say they are actual photos of the property, this is implied by showing in the photos. The owners refute this but by showing scenic photos of a town 20 miles away I don't see why they are there except to mislead people. I also feel let down by booking.com who have not returned my call.

Large television

Incredibly uncomfortable beds and polyester type bedding. No washing machine as advertised. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before we could use it. Whole place could do with a good clean. Incessant beeping from smoke alarm.

Reasonable price. Nice location. Every things included

There is no bathroom downstairs, and the water pressure is not strong enough for the shower

Location was excellent - plenty of parking. Nice size kitchen diner. Clothes rails in bedroom useful. TVs in bedrooms. Very warm when heating was on. Lots of privacy.

Only one bathroom. Three couples staying so this was awkward. Double beds were low to the floor and very soft.

They were very quick to respond and accommodated an early check in. It was nice to have some space. The kitchen was fully stocked.

The beds were uncomfortable. The twin room beds should only be used by children.

Clean and laundried beddings and towels. 4 bedrooms , sleeping 9 guests
