The property was in great location, easy to get around Tavira but quiet enough to be peaceful as well. The roof terrace was perfect, lovely views across Tavira. The pool was small (and cold) but lovely for cooling off in the very warm weather. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.

The stairs to the rooftop terrace were a little narrow, you need to be very careful using them.

Ante todo, no me gusta que me coaccionen con regalos dependiendo de que puntuación voy a poner. No es una casa independiente, en el bajo se ven los vecinos en el patio. La elegimos por tener una piscinita para darnos el remolón que no hemos podido utilizar por estar estropeada y no nos han compensado por parte del propietario. Es incómoda por tener que subir muchas escaleras, la limpieza de cristales y espejos ya hace tiempo lo le tocan. La estancia y la ubicación centrica muy bien.

Estaba muy bien situado, la calle muy fea, pero al lado de todo. Me encanta to la terraza de la azotea y la decoración.

No es para ir con niños pequeños, no era mi caso, tiene muchas escaleras.

Great location, well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor space

No blackout blinds in the bedroom - I obviously didn't double check this before booking! Both bedrooms are upstairs and you have to go out to reach them. One bedroom has an ensuite. However if you are in the other bedroom and needed the loo in the night you would have to go outside & downstairs to the loo. Not a massive problem - but would perhaps be nice to have robe/dressing gown to use? (we didn't bring one and used the other bedroom but would be useful if we had)

Excellent location and comfortable flat. Excellent roof top lounge area.

There was a strong smell of urine in the en suite bathroom. At first we thought it was a toilet plumbing problem, but it wasn’t. The stench was from the shower. The owners cannot help what previous guests did, but the cleaning was totally unsatisfactory. Also, communication with the owners was difficult at arrival and about the urine stench.

Great location, lovely roof terrace, nice interior design.

Steps a little dangerous, would not be great for small children but mine are older so was fine.

Liked · The location is good as the apartment is within easy reach of the historic centre of the town and restaurants and shops. The flat is attractively decorated and furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed using the upper terrace - sitting in the sun with light cooling breezes. The agent and the owner were accessible and helpful.

Disliked · The layout of the apartment could be challenging for some visitors with steep internal stairs to the entrance of the flat on the 1st floor and steep narrow external stairs to the bedrooms on the lower terrace. Getting the cases up and down was a major undertaking. We managed the metal step ladder to the upper terrace but we thought it would not be suitable for families with young children or older people with limited mobility.
