"Great Place, Great Town and a added bonus of a Northern Soul Night at the Bullers Arms on a Sunday"

Location was brilliant for us (but not for the elderly or those who don't like walking up steps) parking was a challenge but it always is in Brixham, we parked in the long stay on Sunday but found street parking easy on the Monday, the apartment was very well looked after, very clean, modern and very comfortable, with great views across the harbour and town, we have been to Brixham many times and would definitely stay here again

The Wi-Fi didn't work properly on our phones (EE and O2) but it did work with the TV, so a tekkie issue somewhere along the line

Nice view from living room

When you approach property flat below bit of a mess so not very inviting and once in side main door very tight to get into your flat door then steep stairs but once up stairs flat is ok

Pet friendly, we were able to take our puppy on his first holiday and It literally takes about 3 minutes to walk from the apartment to the harbour... Ideal location! The kitchen is kitted out with everything you need and the rooms are very cosy with some nice views of the harbour/sea

There isn't much not to like.... It exceeded my expectations when you consider how cheap and affordable the apartment is

The property was cosy and clean and newly renovated. Felt secure with double door and property located on 1st floor upwards. Characterful views of Brixham from windows. Layout was ideal for privacy with bedrooms located on 1st floor, and for family time with sitting room/kitchen on 2nd floor. Near centre of town but very quiet.

The sloping eaves in the kitchen meant some banged heads. Unfortunately the fridge was set on the lowest setting and froze our food solid.

Great location and value. Very clean.

Living area not good and we didn't hang around there. Also couldn't get tv to work. Free view didn't work and Netflix/ amazon prime seem stuck on a certain user that is now invalid. Couldn't reset it. Overall positive though.
