The apartment wasn’t clean. It doesn’t have air conditioning. No clothes rack to hang washed clothes on. And only 2 tv channels worked in between drop outs.

Amazing location, right across from Skytower

The hosts were VERY unresponsive to requests for information and help. Messages were not answered for several days. The apartment was advertised as full kitchen but it was barely functional, e.g. only 3 bowls or 3 glasses for a 4 person apartment, absolutely minimal cutlery and crockery, and not much cooking equipment. Minor details were also lacking, such as a cloth to wipe down the kitchen sink, and 2 of 3 bedside lamps had blown globes. And when the host was asked to help with these things, the messages went totally unanswered for several days. No response occurred until we sought help from booking.com customer service.

Parking was a little difficult, for our vehicle being a ute with roof lights.

Great view and comfortable beds

Location in mid city surrounded by construction and homeless people also fire evacuation alarm went off at 1am and we had to wait for fire brigade on the street. Also so many codes required to access building and lifts which kept breaking down

Fantastic location so close to harbour and the Skytower, Having access to pool and sauna was a bonus
