Gorgeous High Floor Skytower view 2 Bedroom Apartment in Auckland CBD

modest 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment with balcony. Location is great - you can walk to most things downtown. nice shower.

bed and bedding, pillows nearing end of life - not that comfy. Mirror broken in bathroom, - internet spotty. Great appliances but not much for pots (2) fine if you're just making coffee in the morning. the city can be noisy at night as well.

Location was excellent with food options close by

We had two apartments and one did not have aircon which would be a great investment to make. The lounge suite is not that comfortable and the bed was average

It was an excellent location.

Check in was stressful starting with the wrong address being listed on the booking, 71 Federal Street is a parking lot. Sliding door into second bathroom needs fixing and mattress in second bedroom needs replacing.

We were told on the morning of our booking that the facility was damaged and would be out of action for a few days At that time I was about to board my flight from Melbourne to Auckland They offered us another apartment, which we thought was until the apartment was fixed We emailed twice a day explaining we wanted to be in the original booking property not the temporary replacement offer They didn’t respond. The replacement property was not at the standard of the original booking- location wise/ size wise and also condation. The peppery had no air conditioning They just took our money for this property and wouldn’t offer us a discount on the lower value one I looked up the replacement property nightly rate and it is around $100 a night cheaper (which makes since) I have given them many opportunities to fix this and they never replied to me Then they replied too booking com the moment I complained and said tough bickies Terrible customer service Just after a quick buck

Very close to skytower Cafe's shops. Lovely apartment . Very clean. We stayed 9 nights. Would come again, but I would try to get an air-conditioned apartment.

No air-conditioning. We did use the 2 fans provided. We did have the doors open.

The location in the city center was great and walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The description of the property indicated there were king size beds in both bedrooms and a pullout sofa. The reality was two queen beds and no pullout sofa. We had counted on using the pullout sofa and were very disappointed that this wasn’t the case. The host was not very sympathetic to our plight, blaming it on limited options within the platform.

The view from the balcony as well as the location was excellent.
