There are several things that I'd call out as an appreciation: 1. The person I contacted - Mahesh Gautam, helped me out throughout. Every small issues I faced, or any changes I wanted to make or enquire, was solved within few seconds and in a very professional way. He made sure all my queries were resolves within that very moment. 2. Two of the caretakers - Debendra and Arjun, I'd like to give a special shoutout for giving exceptionally warm service. They helped throughout the entire stay, and as it was due to a medical reason my parents were staying there, their service was very helpful. I hope they get good appreciation for their amazing service. Thank you for your amazing service, my parents really appreciated wholeheartedly. Keep up the great work. I don't think there was anything that I didn't like, other than a particular caretaker who was very annoying and rude, came with his entire family and made nuisance which created a lot of issues, but as mentioned after informing it to Mahesh Gautam, it was resolved withing a few minutes, which was very exceptionally good service.

I really liked the clean and comfortable rooms, the warm hospitality of the staff, and the homely atmosphere. The location was convenient, and the facilities like WiFi, housekeeping, and security made the stay hassle-free. It felt like a perfect balance of comfort and value.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything in particular that I disliked about my stay at Lime Tree Hotels. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and well-managed, which made it difficult to point out any negatives. However, as with any property, there’s always room for small improvements that can make a good experience even better.

Perfect for a family of three. The apartment was well equipped especially the kitchen.
