Poder aparcar el coche en parking, el apartamento es amplio, hay 2 baños completos.

Faltaba una silla en el comedor , somos 5. La cocina tiene alguna puerta que está descolgada. Y faltan tenedores.

"Ongoing boiler issues and poor communication made our stay disappointing."

Here’s your final review with the additional detail included: Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The landlord only agreed to a pro-rata refund when pressured by Booking.com, after initially refusing and forcing us to consider legal action. Throughout our stay, every issue we raised was taken as a personal attack, making communication difficult and unproductive. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, the landlord was defensive, confrontational, and accusatory. The property had serious maintenance issues, particularly with the boiler, which repeatedly went into fault mode, leaving us without heating or hot water. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, we were expected to manually adjust the boiler pressure ourselves, which we were not comfortable doing. After reading previous reviews, it’s clear this has been an ongoing issue for months, with guests as far back as December 2023 and May 2024 reporting the same problem. Some reviews even noted the landlord had “no sense of urgency” in fixing it—proving this was not an isolated issue but a long-term failure to maintain the property. The landlord was also extremely evasive when asked for essential information regarding the property and legal requirements. On multiple occasions, I requested an invoice for my stay, and the landlord simply ignored my requests. While she clearly takes pride in the property, my constructive feedback would be to listen and acknowledge guest concerns rather than dismissing them. A professional, solution-focused approach—rather than being defensive—would make a huge difference in the guest experience. I have used Booking.com regularly for over ten years, and this is the first negative review I’ve had to leave. I have also never had to leave a property midway through my stay before, but in this case, it became necessary due to the ongoing issues and lack of resolution.

"Very good"

Lovely, modern spacious apartment, contact with the landlady was good. All that was needed was there, if I had to say something at a push then it'd be heating was tricky to get on and bins are to be taken to the back in ground level car park. Deposit returned fairly ! I wouldn't hesitate in booking this apartment again !

The temperature control didn't seem to work to warm up apartment. Perhaps my error and washing machine wasn't working either but owner admitted there was a fault .

Nice and easy check inn , Big 2 Bedrooms Apartment very tidy and clean spot on, Private parking. Loved the place, Near To NEC & AIRPORT. Overall was great experience will book again if i visit to birmingham.

"Poor experience: no hot water in one of the bathrooms, generally unclean, location depressing."

No hot water in the bathroom with the bath and we'd specifically booked it because of the bath - when we reported it to the hosts there was no sense of urgency to fix it. The kitchen was not clean enough, greasy oven and stove, toaster left unclean. The walls weren't very clean either. Location was super depressing - and it wasn't clear how we accessed the car park. Area didn't feel particularly safe either - not much lighting so where we could've walked to the place we were visiting none of us feel too safe being out.
