"Good Stay but can be better"

1. Good location 2. Good view from 32 floors 3. Friendly staff 4. Clean apartment with all the things i need 5. Nice pool and gym 6. Good response from the host when i need help 7. Food east to grab to apartment 8. Good Laundry service 9. Fast lift 10. Basic shopping downstairs

1. Very very poor wifi speed (i go get local sim card instead for me to have internet) 2. Netflix/ Disney all not working only batam channel working 3. Master bedroom air con noisy 4. Check in detail should provide early or listed detail in booking site (got 3 towers there to find where our apartment, lucky host response to me) 5. Network not very good at location

"Nice apartment with great view"

Place good and tidy.. nice room. I had 32.15 .. Fitness was well equipped Complete rooms.. Seaside view If below things were okay then it would have been perfect

Too Small boiler for hot water Internet was bad 1 airco made a lot of noise

one of the best apartmenta i have stayed in Batam. Clean and comfy. great Wifi connection, good size for couples, or a group of 3 or 4 people. Well equipped, suitable for Muslims. Rooms are big enough for shalat. Thank you for accomodating.

location is far from city center, but near to the ferry terminal. wifi is very bad, speed is very slow.
