"It was delightful."

It was clean and had all the things I could need.

Wifi did not work much during our short stay. However, we were not really home much so it did not matter much to us. I’d imagine for those who brings their work on holidays, this might be an issue.

The facilities are excellent, and the location is just right. Pollux Habibie is conveniently attached to a mall. Although the mall is still new with only a few outlets open, I believe it has great potential to become a new landmark in Batam. We inquired about an iron, as it wasn’t listed among the provided amenities. To our surprise, the owner went out of their way to provide one for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. I truly hope this place is well-maintained in the years to come, as I’m already planning to return. Overall, it was a fantastic and rewarding experience in Batam with a great place to stay.

The lobby was warm and not very comfortable, possibly due to the air-conditioning not working properly.

This property is new and clean, located just 2 km from the Batam ferry terminal, 5 km from Nagoya Mall, and 6 km from Grand Batam Mall. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The elevator is fast, and check-in and check-out are easy.Al-quran & prayer map are provided.excellent.
