Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Nirvana Cosmopolitan Resort. Honnêtement, l’hôtel est encore mieux que sur les photos… qui sont pourtant déjà magnifiques ! Tout est parfaitement pensé pour accueillir les familles, avec des infrastructures de grande qualité tout en conservant une atmosphère agréable : malgré la taille du complexe, on n’a jamais l’impression d’être dans un grand hôtel impersonnel. La salle de sport est bien équipée, avec des machines modernes. Il y a de nombreux équipements sportifs : terrains de foot, de basket, de paddle, de tennis, etc. Le restaurant principal est un véritable food court, avec énormément de choix et surtout des produits de qualité. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La plage est à seulement quelques pas, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avons également été particulièrement chouchoutés, notamment par Mehdi, qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus spécial. Cerise sur le gâteau, ce fut un plaisir de pouvoir échanger en français avec lui ! Merci également à toute l’équipe d’avoir fait de mon anniversaire un moment inoubliable. Nous repartons ravis et avec de très beaux souvenirs. Mention spéciale encore à Mehdi !

Exceptional experience overall. I was on honeymoon and once they found out, they gave me a lovely room, along with a personal assistant to make sure we had everything needed to make this a special occasion for us. The facilities and food were top notch and I really wished I could've stayed here longer. Will definitely be coming back in the future and will recommend this place to everyone. A personal shout-out to our Assistant Mahdi, who was closely in touch with me during the stay and made sure there were no gaps in the service quality.

Наш отдых в этом отеле прошёл замечательно. Мы отдыхали всей семьёй и остались очень довольны номера просторные, чистые и комфортные. Территория отеля большая и продуманная есть аквапарк, несколько открытых бассейнов с подогревом, теннисные и падел-корты и множество других развлечений для любого возраста. Питание по системе «всё включено» на высоком уровне: разнообразное меню порадует как любителей морепродуктов и мясных блюд, так и поклонников итальянской кухни и правильного питания. Отдельно хочется отметить наш визит в аля-карт ресторан Chayote невероятно вкусная кухня и очень атмосферная обстановка сделали этот вечер особенным. Мы прекрасно отдохнули и с уверенностью рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ищет комфортный и насыщенный отдых. Обязательно вернемся сюда ещё раз.

There were only negative memories of this hotel From the moment of check-in to the last day, when they were supposed to fly home.

We booked a spacious sea-view room for our entire family, including children, at Nirvana Cosmopolitan. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our sea-view room on the 6th floor was no longer available. Instead, we were given two separate rooms, splitting our family, which was extremely inconvenient and upsetting. I travel to Antalya very often and have stayed in many different hotels, but I have never experienced such poor hospitality and lack of care for guests. This hotel treats its guests with very little respect and consideration. On our last day, despite bad weather, we had planned to play volleyball in an indoor pavilion. However, at the last moment, our reservation was canceled and given to another group for an event, leaving us with no alternative activities or options to enjoy our time. I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone. This experience completely ruined our vacation mood and left us with nothing but negative memories of our stay in Antalya.

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr schön und sauber. Die Anlage war gepflegt und das Essen sowie die Auswahl waren gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den Urlaub genießen.

In der direkten Umgebung gibt es nicht sehr viel zu sehen oder zu unternehmen, sodass man für Ausflüge etwas weiter fahren muss (15-20 Minuten).

Very nice closed environment with pool, beach, gym, water park, many sport fields (football, basketball, tennis and so on). The All inclusive is really well managed with a lot of variety and never hard to get while at same time is always given by a person and that makes everything better and cleaner). Is also extremely clean! The price / quality relation is very good and the employees very well trained and capable.

The restaurants outside the main one are not as nice as they could be and the menus need improvement. I guess in summer would be difficult to book. Lara (the place where hotel is) is rather ugly as all the resorts are closed and is basically a road, not very well maintained. Not a suitable/nice place to go for a run for instance. So is resort life 100%.

The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly, I would like to give a very special thanks to Mehdi from Guest Relations for his outstanding hospitality and care throughout our stay. Mehdi went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and valued from the very first moment. He was always available, helpful, and professional, with a warm and friendly attitude. The most memorable moment was when he surprised me on my birthday with a special cake. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made my stay even more magical. We will definitely be back to this hotel very soon❤️❤️
