A lovely little cottage, perfect for a family of 4.

Lovely location and wonderful friendly hosts.

The cottage has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard throughout. It is warm, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. We were given a warm welcome by Mark and Paul and made to feel at home straight away. It was so nice to meet owners who were so generous with their own time and were more than happy to have a chat and make recommendations about the local area. The secure garden is an absolute bonus and provided a happy playground for our young cocker spaniel. If you are ever in the area this cottage is an absolute must.

It a beautiful cottage. The whole place was so clean and the amenities were well thought out. The beds were also very comfortable.

On arrival it was really nice to be met by Mark and Paul who immediately made us feel at home. The cottage was everything we wanted from the safe parking, comfy beds and the cottage so spotless and well thought out. The shower was great and the towels also. It was good to return after a day out and be able to sit outside and relax. It was easy to get to the coast, Canterbury, Leeds Castle and we loved Faversham in particular. We were fortunate to have a tour of the farmhouse that they are lovingly restoring so painstakingly. This was actually the highlight of our stay. We were so lucky to have found this cottage and can't wait to return. Thank you so much Mark and Paul for a memorable week.

Our hosts Mark and Paul were amazing, they kindly accommodated an earlier check in so we could attend a family wedding. They met us to hand over the keys and offered us the use of the garden, including the BBQ. There was ample secure parking and the setting was beautiful and tranquil. The accommodation was spacious and decorated to an exceptional standard, everything and I mean everything was high end and tasteful, from the Molton and Brown in the shower room, full range of teas and coffees in the well equipped kitchen, to the Green and Black chocolates in each bedroom. Great water pressure for the rainfall shower, soft luxurious towels for afterwards. The mattresses were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep, the complimentary water was a nice touch. Mark and Paul are as passionate about providing a great experience as they are about the Manor House restoration. We would definitely stay there again as it represented great value for money and that boutique hotel feel
