Hoxne Cottages - Sunflower Cottage with private hot tub

The beds were so comfy definitely need to get the same mattress. Our bed at home doesn't feel the same now. We couldn't work the oven as we weren't used to it, and Tony was excellent at helping us to get it started. My little girl absolutely loved it and didn't want to go home! It did rain during our stay. we did have one day where it didn't and were able to use the hot tub and ventured out. It's in the perfect location nice and quiet but also if you drive can easily access the shopping centre, shops and little piglet adventure farm isn't to far from the location either. Would be nice if there was a shelter over the hot tub and chairs as we would have been able to use the hot tub more, Also accessing the gate was a bit of a faff having to get out the car and walk to the gate to scan the key card but those are just suggestions no bad points at all. It was very homey. We would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again. We are pretty fussy people, but there was nothing to fuss about.

Fantastic stay in lovely cottage. Great base for exploring all Yorkshire has to offer. The hot tub was an added bonus enjoyed by both ourselves and the grandkids. Hist were very accommodating especially when this damsel in distress let the battery run down in the car needed a jump start. Thank you so so much

Lovely cottage, light and airy. Cleanest place I've ever stayed at. Decorated to a high standard. Very comfortable. Lots of cooking stuff and space for food.. Large cottage excellent location for going into York which has a great park and ride. Fab chip shop up the road. Hot tub ideal for relaxing after a day out. Nice sitting in the garden. When we needed help the manager came straight away!

If I'm being very picky: It would be you could only enter the gates with a key card and it was mildly annoying at times. No cleaning stuff and only one set of shower stuff and the hamper wasn't as great as some I've had. Wasnt met by owner on arrival.. Tap in kitchen covered in scale and fridge/freezer could do with a wipe. We found it noisy at times from the campsite next door late into the night and early morning. There is no view!
