The golden hour, luxury apartment with a panoramic view

Fabulous location. Excellent communication from Frederica who met us and showed us around the apartment. A 5-minute walk to the old town. Parking is difficult on the street so we used the apartment's private parking which was well worth it. Very large terrace with table and chairs, perfect for breakfast and an evening drink to watch sundown. Well equipped kitchen. Small lift useful for luggage.

As others have mentioned there are lots of stairs which were fine for us but others may find challenging. Personal choice for us in that it would have been useful to have a toaster.

The apartment, equipment, location and host

Eine geräumige, sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit riesiger möblierter Dachterrasse. Letztere war zur Hauptstraße gelegen, aber man schaute schräg gegenüber auf den kleinen Stadtpark ins Grüne und nachts konnte man im Schlafzimmer zur Nebenstraße sehr gut schlafen. Ein kleiner Aufzug ermöglichte den Transport unserer schweren Koffer bis ein paar Stufen kurz vor der Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und mit Restaurant- und sonstigen Empfehlungen hilfreich. Wir haben mit kurzem Fußweg am Park entlang in der Pasticceria 4 Quarti sehr gut italienisch gefrühstückt und u.a. im Il Vico Del Gusto schräg gegenüber am Park sehr gut gegessen (gehobene Küche).

Everything about this apartment was perfect for us. It was very spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made it truly special was its character - it felt like a real home, full of books and paintings, not just a typical rental. The location is fantastic, right next to a beautiful park where our child could play, and only a few minutes from the Old Town and main attractions. The apartment also has a huge terrace with an amazing view, which I absolutely loved. Communication was outstanding. Right after we booked, the host contacted us to make sure we were aware of the stairs inside (since we were traveling with a child), which was very thoughtful. She met us in person, showed us everything, and was incredibly kind and helpful - honestly, one of the nicest people we’ve met during our travels. We also used the parking and were very happy with it. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

If you have any issues with stairs, it’s good to know there is a small elevator suitable for one person or for luggage. Our child loved using it - sending the luggage up and waiting for it upstairs was a fun little moment for our one child. That said, even with the elevator, there is still one flight of stairs to climb, so it might be challenging for guests with limited mobility. For us, it was absolutely no problem at all.

Great location very close to centro storico and all the sights and restaurants. Lovely spacious terrace to relax on. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need provided. Frederica was a great host - good communications and very helpful. Secure car parking 30 m away.

Location was fantastic, large rooftop terrace, private parking very close and a very welcoming and attentive host.

It took a short while to warm up the apartment, however the weather was unseasonably cold and wet so no fault of the host.
