Great for an overnight stay with plenty of room for us all.

Very clean and in a good location- felt safe

Needs more mirrors- was a struggle to get ready with lack of mirrors

Property had potential. Newish and modern.. but so many issues!

Long story short, do not stay here. The communication from the host was terrible and to date they have not addressed any of our concerns. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but left first thing after the first night due to all the issues below. Getting into the property via car was difficult. Locked gate no security guard sat at the booth. Our lock box was on the other side of the gate. Thankfully the pedestrian gate was unlocked to get through. Get inside the apartment and there is a ring doorbell camera inside the entrance. Weird! Get upstairs to find that 4 of the 6 heaters did not work (staying end Dec), there was only 1 fork (we are a family of 4), three glasses, no tea towel, dirty dishsponge and a single tiny knife for chopping. No chopping board. Went to have a shower and cold tap broke in our handd. We tried calling, left a message, sent a message via booking.com, sent a text and was still ignored. Still as I write this there has been 0 acknowledgement regarding any ot our issues. This meant we could not shower while there. The apartment is located at the front of the complex and right on a very busy road. The noise at night (even at 11pm on a Sunday) was incredible! It sounded like the windows were open it was that loud. This then started again at about 630am. Your heard all the comings and goings of every person in and out of the complex because it was located right next to the entry gate. The blinds in the bedrooms were useless they didn't close properly either and the complex security lights shone right into the two main bedrooms. This is a 3 level apartment.. and the single bathroom/ toilet is located on the top level. There is no mirror in the bathroom and nowhere to leave even a toothbrush. If you are still reading.. just do yourself a favour and avoid this property like the plague!

It was in a really good location for what we needed and it was fairly clean.

I was informed a couple of days before arrival that they required a £50 deposit before receiving the check in instructions. I paid this and was given the code. However on arrival, there was a gate and it was only because the security guard was still on duty that we managed to get in after a bit of conversation. So it wasn't that easy to get in. After almost 2 weeks I am still waiting for my deposit back even though the terms state that this would be returned on check out. They have ignored 3 messages asking for the deposit as well. The room I stayed in was pretty cold as well.

The property was lovely and had everything we needed. Our daughter was allowed to park her car behind ours so that was really useful and we all loved the apartment.

The only thing I can say is the lock didn’t work on the bathroom door but we managed.

The area and location was a good route for public transport if you know where your going. Also was away from city centre so not so busy. The property has alot if potential and lots of space to thrive, the decor was lovely and suited property.

When we entered the property the cleanliness was noticed. There was long hairs on what was supposed to be fresh bedding. There was dirt in the bottom of the bath and lots of dust throughout the property. There was balloons tied to the blinds and in the cutlery draw. There was lots of tape on the walls. The mirrors hadn't been cleaned There were phone marks on them. There was a hole in the wall behind the living room door. There were only 3 glasses in the cupboard knowing that there were 5 adults staying. There were 2 forks and 3 knifes in the whole property. The fridge door did not close properly so the food was not staying cold. The property could do with bath matt for shower as floors very slippy. When booking the property the person taking the booking wasnt very responsive and didnt communicate well. There was a weird knocking sound at the door throughout the night not sure if it was wind. However the property has alot of potential and the decor looked lovely throughout the property. Just things need to be replaced. We did go in the cleaning cupboard in the morning used the mop and brush to brush and mop through the floors.

Location, very convenient and close to city center

Half the heaters were not working and the place was freezing cold all night. We had two children with us and ended up catching a cold. Cleanliness was poor, dust everywhere and stained duvets and mattress protectors.
