Spacious & Modern - 3 Bedroom - Gated - Free Parking - Jewellery Quarter

Very spacious and clean, and felt very safe as is in a gated complex,

By a main road and by the gate and opposite the security person, so lots of traffic and gate noise, only had slated blinds on all windows needs thick curtains to block out both noise and light, kitchen very poorly equipped,

Location

No hot water for the two nights we were there resulting none of us having shower. Agent was not responding and not very professional.

We were in town for the night for a concert, and it was a great location for where we were going. Easy to find too

The property is nice in a good location. Decorated well through out and clean.

The passive aggressive and sarcastic conversations and responses from the company operations manger Luke when requesting my deposit back. Despite the advert stating ‘You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.’ (Direct quote) I waited 2 weeks and nothing. When I contacted Luke to request it be returned, I was informed it was my fault because I hadn’t contacted them to request it and supply my bank details. I have never had to do this to have my deposit back nor anyone I know, ever. When I discussed this with Luke and suggested it be put on the advertisement so customers are aware I was again meet with a sarcastic and passive aggressive response. Apartment nice but absolutely minus 20 stars for customer care from operations manager Luke of Dynamic Dwellings Ltd. Would not recommend!!! ( and the response to this feedback with be in the same manner I am sure )

Wry clean and comfortable. Easy to gain access with instructions from the owner.

"I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I only stayed one night, and they've kept my £50 deposit! The landlord said they'd return it, asked for my bank details, and then completely disappeared. No replies, no deposit back. It's unbelievable that they treat customers this way, especially after such a short stay. Avoid this place at all costs!"
