We loved that it was a traditional Mallorcan property which was close to everything but a wee bit off the beat and track. Maria the host was really helpful. The pool was great.

The air con wasn’t great but it’s difficult in the type of property it is.

Good location

The accomodation is not as advertised and the listing is misleading. Group were required to move - no privacy. The property is advertised as a two bedroon apartment which is frankly not the case. We had booked for two adult couples as part of a wider trip. On arrival it was immediately clear this was not a two bedroom property, but one bedroom with a box bathroom in the middle. What this meant is that there was a large gap between the dividng wall and the roof of the property in the bedroom. This meant there was no privacy at all. Every word spoke in either 'room' no matter how quietly could be heard and if one 'room' had the light on, so did the other. When it is two adult couples sharing this is not acceptable. When trying to have a relaxing holiday this is not acceptable. People felt unable to relax and unwind in the apartment. This was incredibly dissapointing and when we checked, none of the pictures on the listing are actually of the apartment we were staying in and nowhere did it mention this issue. We contacted Maria and were eventually offered alternative property on the site but at an additional cost. In our opinion so poor was what had happened this should have been done for free + with a refund. However, due to how uncomfortable people felt and our priority being enjoying our trip, we accepted. The new property was much better and exactly what we wanted. Very dissapointing - we thought the location was great and wider facilities but this has been soured by this. We would strongly recommend the photos being updated and the room situation being made clear.

Beautiful setting. Lovely pool and surrounding garden. Nice touches like table tennis, footballs lying around, basketball hoop, tables and chairs, shaded areas etc. Maria the owner was really friendly and helpful. Great value and as a bonus after check out we could use pool and it’s toilet/shower facilities.

No criticisms as it wasn’t expensive .

The pool, the grounds, the location and the historical building were very good and well kept

The equipment in the kitchen was lacking. I understand a lot of people on holiday eat out, however we tend to cook at the property. The provisions of pans were fair, but utensils- not a wooden spoon or spatula.

Grounds fantastic lots flowers, good pool, lots space, peacefull location and not to far to walk into beach and centre.

Water dispenser would be a great addition, save on plastic and no carrying heavy bottles, this should be available at all hotels.

I recommend this agrotourism, apartments and villas for several reasons. The location is very comfortable as it is in a quiet environment very close to the beach (3 min walk), service and leisure areas (restaurants, supermarkets, 1 min walk) You can practice: trekking (there is a private mountain), cycling, running...also ideal for families with small children I'll go next year!!
