Location.

In a poor condition. In need of modernisation. Not the same apartment illustrated in the advertisement. A couple of unwanted guests (cockroaches). Noisy. Had to bring it to the owners attention. First a group of girls. Then a group of boys. Not what I had expected. Wanted something quiet as it was the second anniversary of my wife passing. Wasn’t to be.

The pool wasn't very clean and had green slime round the sides. Generally the place needs a bit of sprucing up. One of the hob rings didn't work and the dishwasher didn't make anything clean.

Although the villa was further out than we have been used to in the past, the walk to the beach was fine and only added 10 mins to our stroll into the port and all of the bars and restaurants which we love. The road outside the villa was really convenient for catching the bus into Pollensa old town and to Alcudia. The villa was traditional and clean with lots of room for us all. The air con was very welcome Our only disappointment was that there wasn't a patio for us to dine together in the evenings or at lunch time. There were table outside but they were shared with other guests We loved the pool, it was very clean and a great size but the sun terrace could do with a little tidy, although Maria mowed around the beds a strimmer would have helped to the job fully to get rid of the dead grasses. Overall, this was a great place to spend a family holiday.

Great location and lots of character. The pool was lovely and plenty of loungers and outdoor seating areas.

No cleaning products in the kitchen.

Perfect location for the beach, restaurants and bars. Lots of space for two families of eight to spread out across the four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Great location and pool area. Plenty room in the house and because the house is so old with thick walls it was cool indoors in the very hot temperature. We were also given plenty of information about things being on and places to eat etc.

We found the beds very uncomfortable.
