The property was just as stated. Everything worked perfectly. We were in town for a cheer competition and the townhouse was close to the venue, to shopping, and to Disney. The pool at the townhouse and at the clubhouse were wonderful. All staff we spoke with were super friendly. Great atmosphere!

Distribution of the rooms, equipped properly for holidays. Staff was responsive and reactive to fix issues with the property.

The dishwasher trays are rusty and at arrival it was not properly cleaned but at request staff came to put some chlorine in the wash to “solve” the problem but trays need to be changed. The pool was not heated as advertised and when asked, an additional payment was requested to heat it. We didn’t take that option.
