Townhome w pool near Disney & Orlando Attractions

Place was good. Just as the pictures. There were a few things that needed to be taken care of during our stay and the staff took care of it immediately. Top service.

Well managed and maintained. Excellent security. Within short commute to parks.

It was a nice townhome with lots of space.

First day, the carpet was WET and my daughter slipped while holding her 3yr old, slipping down the last 3 wet steps and her leg was behind her. She was okay thankfully. Beds upstairs in very poor condition and really uncomfortable.

We stayed here as a family group arriving around 8pm after a long day travelling. The house was decorated nicely with 4 large bedrooms which was great for our party size. All rooms were nice and clean. The location was suitable for all the things one may do in Orlando and seemed safe as it was within a gated community space. The washing machine and tumble dryer appeared to be fully functioning and fairly new. We enjoyed our stay here as the house and pool were lovely but there was room for improvement as noted below.

When we arrived to check in, security did not have a full list of names of our party despite us providing these to the host well in advance (April). I queried this with the hosts on the day of arrival but had no response. The first evening the shower curtain and pole in the master bedroom fell down - the pole appeared to be wedged in the bath alcove with double sided tape which could not hold the weight. There was not a bath mat in this room and therefore the floor got VERY wet when using the shower. Again I queried this with the hosts but again received no response. The bed in this room also appeared to be missing a sheet - there wasn’t one between the quilt and the lower sheet. We were asked not to take glass out into the pool area but there were no plastic vessels to drink from. There were generally insufficient cups and glasses for the size of the house available. The dishwasher was very dirty inside and dishes did not come out very clean (photo below). The toaster only worked on one side (I note this was mentioned by a previous guest in their review and has not been resolved). The TV channel in the living area could not be changed and therefore options were limited (I note this was also mentioned by a previous guest and has not been resolved). There were no cleaning materials of any kind in the kitchen other than one dish washer tablet - we have left the tablets we bought and hope that these are shared with the next guests rather than being put away in one of the private cupboards. There was no dish soap, a large chopping board or oven gloves - all of these things would have improved our first evening as we had no way of taking a pizza out of the oven or cleaning any of the many dirty dishes/ utensils that were present that first evening. There were and still are as we didn’t touch them, dirty sponges in drawers under the sink.

I like the property, and the location, the personal were very nice and friendly.

The tv remote control didn’t work, the blankets and floor were not clean.

The location is good, pretty private but also near stores and restaurants. We were 10 people travelling together and everyone had their own bed which was good and we had no trouble arranging the bedroom situations.

There was a cigarette in the toilet in one of the bedrooms and a cigarette smell. In another bedroom there was an empty bag of snack and dust in one of the drawers. Also the bench with the garbage had not been cleared.

It was a nice property.

The TV didn't work for the first two days of my stay. The property should have 2 dumpsters to accommodate the amount of people staying there. The lady(spanish)at the desk on 12/27 around 8pm had a nasty attitude.
