"Pleasant and comfortable."

Excellent location, easy to get around. Susana prepared a very nice breakfast, lots of fruit, scrambled eggs, fresh bread roll. Comfortable stay with a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable host. Felt like home, full of mementoes, paintings, knickknacks.

"Great Air BnB style property in perfect location"

You are staying as a guest in Susanas home with your own sole use bathroom and room. Susana was very kind and helpful with lots of advice and suggestions. Tom the cat is super cute as well. Breakfast everyday was really lovely. The property is a 5 minute walk from Larcomer and 5 mins from the main park in Miraflores. Easy to walk to Huaca Pucllana as well. Lots of amazing things to eat and drink in the area you don't need to go far at all. Susana let me check in at 11 and drop my bag much earlier at around 0830. Which was welcomed and I was very grateful for as just come off of very long travels.

"Home away from home in Lima :)"

Susana really made me feel at home. She is very caring and loving. I did not want to leave. The location is super convenient in Miraflores and the area is very safe. The breakfast is really nice too and I got homemade packed meals during my stay when I did not feel like eating out as well.

"Home away from home"

Susana and Alexander were very friendly and always ready to help. I really felt like home away from home. Every morning nice breakfast with also fruits. Bedroom and bathroom for youself, comfy, nice, clean and the shower has warm water. Next time in Lima would definitely stay here again!

"Great room in a great neighborhood."

Susana is lovely! And communicating with Alex was very easy. The breakfast was great! Lots of fresh fruit. And the location in Miraflores was perfect. I felt safe and secure the whole time.

Although my stay was super, make no mistake, this is literally a room in Susana’s apartment. The description is a little misleading as to that fact. But, that being said, I would stay here again.
