Luxury apartment in the heart of Birmingham City!

Great value room - comfortable and definitely a good option for a cheap, hastle-free stay after a concert which we hoped for. Will likely book again.

Great location, easy to get into, clean. Loved how there’s a variety of toiletries in the bathroom. Main bed is very comfy.

Shame there is no TV and it also gets very hot - a fan would be nice in there. There’s also no pillow for the sofa bed or sheet, just the duvet. Fine for one night though.

The apartment had everything we needed and was in a good location

The apartment did not quite hit the luxury aspect. It was small details that let it down like damaged cupboards and marks on the wall. Broken cutlery draw

The best thing about this property is the location it is very close to everything.

The property needs some maintenance and up keep. It can be great but currently, if you are only using the property just to sleep then it's good. When we arrived we came a bit early and rushed cleaning however we only arrived 10 minutes before 3pm and there was an out of date milk in the broken fridge. A previous clients fake nail on the floor and I dropped something so I had to look under the bed and was shocked. It looked like it was never cleaned. Also the bed sheets had glue marks, probably from the previous residents applying their fake nails. There is also a broken mirror on the wardrobe and the blinds in the main room wasn't on properly. Also a lock with a key was used as a door stop. So I would say the owner needs to put in some adjustments to the space for it to be fully usable. Last thing is that they only gave one towel which after checking it says you have to pay extra for sheets and towels, which is a bit cheap, which describes the place well as there has been no real effort to keep the place to a decent standard.
