10 Morford - Premium Central House w Parking - Walk Everywhere

Very clean, great location, had everything we needed for a weekends stay.

Nothing that we didn’t like, but here are a couple of suggestions to make things perfect. 1. Would be good to have a handrail on the upper staircase. My mum stayed with us and when coming down those stairs, she felt very nervous. 2. Provide up front expectation of size of garage. It was extremely tight for our car and literally had to squeeze myself out of the door. Would have been useful to know this was the case prior to booking. Alternative parking info would be useful in the event a car can’t be parked in there. 3. Add a curtain to downstairs bedroom door or change door to non glass. Privacy is an issue for this bedroom as it has a glass door. Simply providing a curtain inside would provide privacy.

The location was good, with just a short walk into bath itself. We also loved having a large communal area to share. Beds were comfortable, WiFi was fast and we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately on arrival, there was no instruction booklet. Despite that, the property manager was very consistent with replying to messages via booking.com with any questions we had. Aside from that, some of the cupboards up higher were not very clean inside, but they didn't bother us too much!

Excellent location with parking. Very nice place to stay. A few minutes walk into Bath. Very clean. Nice to find milk and tea bags on our arrival but also a Spar shop within a few minutes walk away. Great for 5 of us, plenty of space, comfy sofa and nice dining area.

Window blind in our bedroom was found in the wardrobe so no window covering in this bedroom. We managed to fit it but the cords weren't working properly so we had to leave it down for the duration of our stay. No user friendly guide, for example what to do with the rubbish. No emergency contact number except through the Booking.com website and we thought these might have been automated responses.

The bottom bedroom could use a fan, it was a little warm down there as well.

It was the perfect house for our get together and an ideal location, everything within easy walking distance and so much to see and do. The house was easy to find, bright and airy, and had everything we needed. Will visit again!

Loved the location and how easy it was to get everywhere. Property was really spacious and bright. Instructions from the contact for the property were really helpful and also very prompt if we had any questions.

It was the day of the Microsoft melt down and it was impossible to access the lockbox code.

The apartment was not clean. One the double beds hadn't been changed and was covered in long black hair. There was liquid spilled in the cupboard and not cleaned up. There was food left in the cupboard as well. It was disappointing overall.
