The home is a great three-level home with a small but workable garage, a really lovely open-plan main floor with living space and kitchen, and two upstairs bedrooms with one on the ground floor with a garden. The main floor is lovely and bright and the facilities are good with a nice oven and wetl laid out kitchen. It's not far from the city centre but nicely away for the busiest areas. We were able to eat well at home and there's a great coffee shop only a few steps away, which I'd recommend. We were able to get a mid-to-large SUV into the garage with a little care. Overall, we absolutely loved the place and the host was super helpful. Strongly recommended.

The cooking facilities are just a bit basic - I had to improvise at times because some basics were not there (e.g. a baking dish). It's always good to have small condiments just in case (oil, salt, pepper). The place does avoid having dated, dirty or otherwise problematic debris from previous guests, which is the upside to this. These are quibbles, not a big deal.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location, a very easy walk to The Royal Crescent and city centre.

Towels are provided but are teeny tiny. Bring larger towels with you if you like a towel larger than a flannel.

Modern and well decorated. Very clean , light and airy. Easy to get into town.

Some of the beds were a bit uncomfortable . The garage door isnt working properly so it was a bit stressful on arrival as we had nowhere to put the car. We had to find car parking elsewhere.

Fairly attractive inside. good beds. Roomy. Generally good kitchen facilities

Location is wonderful, it's always difficult to find a place with parking and yet near enough to walk to town, this has been perfect! With enough rooms for all of us and comfortable beds and living spaces. The owner is very quick to respond to any queries we have and the instructions for check in was seamless and easy. A comfortable place that I would love to come back to when I am back to visit my son next time. One suggestion though that prephaps owner could add a blind for the door of the room on the ground floor, just for some privacy. Otherwise this has been a great stay!

Great location, easy to walk down to town in around 5-10 mins, a little bit of a hill to get back but no issue, we walked up and down a few times a day. Property was and bright and clean with all we needed for our weekend stay and would have been fine for longer stays too.. Instructions for the property were clear and the owner really helpful and available for any questions. Importantly for us a very quiet location, with parking and close to Bath City Centre.

Great place and location - close enough to walk to city centre and other sights but not too close that it becomes noisy or crowded. The house itself was well equipped.

Cleaning could have been slightly better - we found several dust fluff on the floor in the bedrooms.
