Lovely decor - very comfortable. The house had everything you could need. Great location and parking is a bonus. Lots of information for local area and how to work everything. Great communication from the hosts.

"Excellent accommodation close to the city centre."

Modern , clean, warm house with all the amenities that we needed. Kitchen well supplied although we could have done with a cloth to wipe down the surfaces. Quiet neighbourhood in easy reach of the city centre.

Clean, comfortable, all the necessary things provided in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Well situated for the centre of Bath. The host explained everything and was very helpful.

The decor was done beautifully making it feel modern but homely. Lovely open plan area for a good social catch up. Visiting with my mum and sisters it was the perfect place for us! Ideal location to the shops etc. co-op right across the road too was ideal! Lovely quiet are too. Would highly recommend.

Can’t fault it! It really is fabulous.

This property was absolutely exceptional. Very well and comfortably furnished with good quality appliances, beds/sofas etc. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply Great location, pretty much all of the main touristy 'stuff' was closeby and walkable. Was traveling with a party of 6, had been skeptical about our rental fitting in the garage, it was a tight squeeze (we had a 7 seater peugot) but were able to fit the car in the garage though it was somewhat challenging for my husband to open the door and get out of the garage (granted he has a 'rugby' build - 6' + 240 lbs). Road outside could be a bit busy at points, but the windows provided great noise insulation. This was only really an issue when we needed to cross the street. All in all, truly exceptional property with great and thoughtful amenities. Felt like home away from home. 100% would book again. Photo attached is of the view from one of the bedrooms :)

Very well laid out and great location for proximity to the centre of Bath. Good comms with the host.

Have sent a few possible improvements to the agent but overall a super stay!
