WC sales,sopalin trouvé sous le lit…,volets qui ne ferment pas bruyant +++vaisselle sale, télévision impossible à faire fonctionner, douche étroite…..

Appartamento pulito e confortevole, in ottima posizione in centro città

Da migliorare i serramenti. Nel soggiorno/cucina non siamo stati capaci di chiudere le imposte per non far passare luce alla mattina presto.

Sehr gute und schöne Lage in sicherer Umgebung, Unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet und in einem schönen Wohnhaus. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben Fragen/ Probleme innert kürze beantwortet/ gelöst.

Nachts ist es etwas laut: Bars, Passanten, Restaurants. Matratze aus meiner Sicht nicht sehr bequem, aber das ist natürlich sehr individuell .

Doskonała lokalizacja.Wygodne łóżko i kompletne wyposażenie apartamentu. Miejsce bardzo w klimacie miasta.

Nada me cancelaron la reserva ,faltando 1 hora, mi llegada de otra ciudad dejándome en el aire , la deriva y me Ofrecían algo inseguro y otro que era super lejos , me pareció muy rara esa cancelación , aduciendo que le habían destruido el Departamento , lo que pareció raro que me dijo que ya habia hecho cancelaciones anteriormente , pero él quería que yo la haga eso era más raro , en fin si fue verdad o mentira queda en la conciencia de aquella persona , justo fue sábado y también puedo creer que podría tener una oferta de más dinero

Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt, Nähe vom Hafen und einer Metro Station. Restaurants und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war nicht sauber. Die Waschmaschine hat vermodert gerochen, der Zahnputzbecher war dreckig. Toilette war nicht sauber (könnte gerne mal entkalkt werden). Man konnte den Wohnbereich nicht abdunkeln. Es ist nachts sehr laut. Es riecht auch morgens sehr stark nach Pizza, da direkt nebenan eine Foccaceria/Pizzeria ist.

The property had a convenient location, in the centre of Genoa although very noisy at night.

There was no hot water we contacted the host and he told us to turn the immersion on we had already done this and left it on all night still no hot water, when I explained that we had to the host he disregarded my comment and said if I would have contacted him sooner he could have assisted, we only used the water in the morning and then checked out after one nights stay so we weren’t aware until then, since how could we of contacted him sooner? Also our duvet bed cover had a massive blood stain on the inside and we didn’t notice this until we got into bed at 1am so we couldn’t use it and it made our stay uncomfortable when I contacted the host in the morning he again said I should have told him sooner, what at 1am? I asked to have a discount and the host refused saying he could have rectified both faults, I don’t think someone coming into your apartment at 1am is convenient do you? Or how can you fix the hot water as we’re about to check out? Would not recommend staying here at all, god knows how they missed that blood stain, disgusting.🤮

L'emplacement, juste à côté de la magnifique cathédrale San Lorenzo, la présence de la climatisation.

La vaisselle n'était pas toujours propre, les toilettes non plus...
