The apartment was undone when we arrived, beds were not made, no towels and TV die does not work on the Wi-Fi did not work no weber no black bags is the bins, it was just not great, we slept on inners and were full of bite marks

They didn't have extra blanket it was cold n we were sleeping with 1 duvet

The place is well designed and has a nice view. The area is safe and quite with access to a kiddy park. It's close enough to many amenities, shops and malls.

The host was not helpful at all. We had huge brown knock on two different doors and when we brought it up they went silent. We had to deal with a WhatsApp chatbot that had predefined answers that did not help out situations. We had the wrong security gate pin. We had wrong Wifi Passwords. We enquired about all the above and was frustrate by the chatbot looping and giving vague feedback. Apart from the host collecting money - there's was no care about making sure we checked in properly and were taken care of.

Locations was good. Response was good but nothing was acted on.

Wifi wasn't working, There were holes in the bedroom doors. The TV was broken. The edging of the cupboards was peeling. One of the chair legs was broken. Water damage on the ceiling, Only one fork and 2 teaspoons. No additional bedding was provided.
