The view from the apartment was breathtaking

Check in information was only sent after I had called to find out how and which apartment was allocated to me while I was being rained on.Upon arrival I had an iron enquiry which I was only helped with 2 days after I enquired about it and yet the place facilities specifies that they have an iron and heating at the place which it did not and the weather was very cold during our visit, so the place was very cold and I had to keep warm by going to the mall or restaurant instead of staying at the place that I already paid for, for our comfort. The TV remote wasn't working either 😕

The apartment was flooding inside we couldn’t sleep in the main bedroom we had to squash four of us in one bedroom

Apartment was beautiful, security friendly and even though we couldn’t extend our stay with them they were so helpful in helping us find something new and affordable

Hole in bathroom door, broken kitchen blinds, management not updating merchant info from Zapper to Snapscan.
