Spacious 4 bed family cottage in parkland setting

Everything! Immaculate, spacious living area. Rural surroundings, great views. Added bonus of outside leisure area: hot tub, barbecue, seating etc.

The only complaint, once again, is that there is no T.V. in lounge and inadequate seating for all 8 people to relax in. T.V. is in an open space, quite far from the open fireplace and impossible for us all to relax and watch anything as there is seating for only 4 people. We did turn the two-seater sofa around but even then, not enough seats for us all - and also meant sitting in front of the front door; which was very draughty. Talking of draughts; every window in the property, particularly bedroom windows, unbelievably let in so much air that the curtains actually move! Quite cold, despite heating being on full. Unusable mirror in the living room as the mirror is placed about 7' high. All-in-all: not much to complain about but these points prevent me giving a 5*

Beautiful property, stunning scenery, nothing the hosts havnt though out. Play park for the kids is excellent and added bonus of the hot tub really makes the stay

The space was superb, furnishings great hot tub and woodlands around. Will hopefully get a chance to return,( grand kids wanted to stop forever.)

Seeing as we booked at last minute and unaware how nice a property was . Only downside was having to leave. A credit to the owners

Quiet rural location.Lovely spacious home,ideal for 3 generation family. Extremely well-equipped kitchen and breakfast area.Everything you could want for cooking and entertaining. Spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Lovely outside BBQ and seating area.

Would have liked a mirror with nearby plug in bedrooms for ladies doing their hair! Catch on bedroom door faulty(upstairs far right)
