I feel for the owner's who have a grand hotel but hardly any guests. They have to invest in the property in respect to a complete makeover and ongoing maintenance.

The staff was pleasant.

Old hotel. Not maintained well. Completely empty, not guests so it didn’t feel safe.

Tough question!! I would have to say the location. Right next to the night market and easy to reach Ao Nang bars and resteraunts

I didn’t like the following:- - the run down uninviting outside - the dirty pool area - the dusty rooms - the smell in the room (as if no one had been in there in years) - the fact me the wife and the two kids were the only guests - the 3 cock roaches the size of the palm of my hand in the room - stained chairs about 100 years old - safe didn’t work We left 2 hours after checking in after seeing the third cock roach and went and stayed at Beyond Krabi resort which is unreal.

This is a beautiful, big, clean, comfortable, unique suites resort. I had an amazing time, I loved the building, amazing design, decorations, and every detail is special. The atmosphere is a real Thai experience, and I very enjoyed! Thank you for the kind welcoming, the beloved treatment, and the good energy and for making me laugh, smile and be happy and peaceful! We loved the traditional feel . It’s so traditional and just needs a lot of TLC to bring it back to whoever invitioned such a wonderful establishment. I hope the new owners do this. We enjoy our stay 😊

The bed was rock hard Hot water was a issue No bar or any food service. 1rolk of toilet paper wasn’t enough
