The location was amazing, very pleasant and calming as its by the sea, and not too far from the city center of edinburgh. Good stay if youre spending the day exploring and mostly out

The towels were not clean, some had stains on them Kitchen utensils were not that clean either

"Brilliant location and service"

My family really enjoyed this location with sea-view windows in the living room. The owner proactively connected on WhatsApp and shared all relevant details of accessing the premises and facilities. He was also available almost all the time to respond to any further queries. We had a great time and will be surely looking forward to visiting next summer.

If I had to highlight a concern, it would be a couple of things - the washing machine was not working and towels provided were not clean. They were both quite essential for us as I was travelling with my parents and a 6 year old kid.

"A fantastic stay with a stunning seaside view, convenient transport, a great facilities."

We had a super cool time! The place had an awesome view of the sea and getting to the city center was a breeze with the bus and tram stops nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the peace and quiet was just perfect. Plus, the host was super helpful, even giving us a heads up about the lift maintenance so we could plan our day. I'd totally recommend this place!
